Task Assignment: Innovating Solutions for Solar Cookers in Africa
The goal of the workshop is to develop innovative and scalable solutions for bringing one million solar cookers to Africa. Your task is to identify the most effective strategies to design, manufacture, distribute, and promote the use of solar cookers, with a focus on affordability, sustainability, and local impact. Think creatively about partnerships, open-source technologies, and business models that can help make this vision a reality.

Juhani Lehtonen is an experienced facilitator in leadership, innovation, and change management. He has worked with well-known organizations like the GloCell, Forest Cluster, Wärtsilä and ABB, helping teams develop creative solutions and improve collaboration. Juhani has a strong background in guiding groups through innovation processes, making complex ideas easier to understand and apply in real-world situations. His workshops are practical and designed to help participants use their own skills and experiences to find new ways of solving problems.
